Fayette Youth Behavioral Health Alliance

FYBHA Specific FAQs

Why was this Alliance created?

150 150 Doston Stanley

Youth mental health challenges are rising locally and nationally, and Fayette County students are reporting increasing levels of stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation — beginning as early as middle school. This Alliance exists because no single school, organization, or family can solve this alone. A coordinated, community-wide response is essential.

150 150 Doston Stanley

The Fayette Youth Behavioral Health Alliance is a county-wide collaboration focused on strengthening the mental and behavioral well-being of young people ages 10–19 in Fayette County. We bring together schools, families, healthcare providers, nonprofits, faith leaders, civic groups, and youth themselves to improve support systems and drive long-term, community-based solutions.
